What’s the difference between Full Service Design and your Design Plan service?

Full Service Design means I manage your project from concept through installation. That includes sourcing, ordering, contractor coordination, and final styling. You’re not managing details. You’re stepping into a finished space.

The Design Plan service gives you a complete, implementation-ready design. You handle the execution on your own timeline.

Both options are tailored and designed with intention.

Can you help me choose paint colors or just refresh one room?

Yes. This is where our À La Carte Design services comes in. These services are ideal for smaller projects covering paint selections, layout adjustments, or a single-room refresh. I step in, refine what’s not working, and give you clear direction.

It’s focused support without the commitment of a full-service project.

How long does a design project usually take?

Timelines vary, but here’s a general range:

  • Full Service Design: 4-9+ months, depending on construction, coordination, and lead times

  • Design Plan: 6-10 weeks, depending on scope and revisions

  • Design Edit: 3-5 weeks, depending on scope and revisions

  • Design Access: Flexible, client-directed

After your Consultation Walkthrough, I provide a timeline specific to your project.

Where are you located? Do you only work for clients in that location?

Abode Above Interiors is proudly based in Delaware and serves clients both locally and nationwide.

Full Service Design is currently available to clients in Delaware and select areas of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia. For those outside of this service area, I offer À La Carte Design services throughout the United States, providing the same level of thoughtful, customized design, regardless of location.

How do I schedule an appointment?

To get started, you can schedule a Discovery Call directly through my online calendar at your convenience.

Do we have to use your preferred contractors?

Nope. While I frequently collaborate with a trusted Preferred Contractor, I am equally open to working alongside any licensed and insured professional you already know and trust.

My priority is assembling a qualified, cohesive team that can execute the design with precision and care. Regardless of who is involved, we will ensure the right expertise is in place to successfully bring your vision to life.

What is your signature design style?

I am naturally drawn to Maximalist, Modern Bohemian, Art Deco, and Classic French influences; however, my true focus is designing spaces that reflect the individuality of each client.

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all design. Every space is thoughtfully curated to align with your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and the way you experience your home. The result is a design that feels both elevated and deeply personal.
